✅ 23 years’ service with the Local Government my clientele include people with eating disorders, auto-immune deficiencies, diabetes, depression, drugs misuse, alcohol abuse, cancer, hypothyroidism, adrenal fatigue, MS, and mental health problems.

✅ Recently I have been working with endurance athletes to help increase their energy levels and create bespoke nutrient rich diets for them.

✅ Following my own addiction to refined sugars, I sought to heal myself and spent many years researching the negative impact that sugar was having on me. After extensive research I now devote time to raising awareness and helping other people to gain control of their lives.

✅ I have an ability to empathise at a very high level and have a compassionate and loving nature which has allowed me to bring healing and independence into peoples’ lives, as well as vastly improving their quality of life and outlook
