🔹In a nutshell, I’m a budding chef out of the Greater Los Angeles area, Long Beach to be specific. I went to Trade Tech for my first year of Culinary school, then jumped right into the kitchen. I opened up Lupetti Pizzeria, and worked Garde Manger at OtiumLA before going to prison.
🔹It’s my outstanding goal to connect with, and collaborate with as many chefs as possible, because in the kitchen there is never a time where you know it all.
