My work's strong focus is helping people transform and achieve their personal mental, physical and spiritual wellness.

Together we will heal relationships and trauma, create new healthy habits, soothe and move beyond fears, love our inner-child, deepen our intuition, transform our spiritual connections, transform and heal stress, depression or anxiety, find your real purpose in life and boost your confidence all using hypnosis.

I am a trained, licensed and certified but not currently practicing 💫Reiki Master, 💆‍♀️Licensed Massage Therapist, Upledger Craniosacral and Somatoemotional Release Therapist and 🧘‍♀️Registered Yoga Teacher, although all this training comes deeply into play in my life and work daily. 🙏🏻
