ClearPathNYC’s mission is to improve the living conditions and provide upward mobility opportunities to young adults aging out of foster care, homeless youth, and runaways.

Our free public Young Adult Support Portal empowers young people to find, filter, and directly apply to programs designed to elevate them from potential homelessness or provide necessities they may not have at home.
These programs include shelters and temporary housing, mental health services and art therapy, food banks and community gardens, academic support, and career opportunities.
