⭐️⭐️Founder of “THE SAUCE WITH SASHA.” I was 255lbs after having 3 beautiful babies (C- sections). I have loss over 100lbs and counting; with in 6months.
💢Pain cause emotional drainage that if untreated our weight physically and emotionally becomes overwhelming.

⛔️ I experienced the death of a child while giving birth to my 2nd child.
⛔️ Both parents are deceased.
⛔️staying in a toxic relationship.
( It’s called LIFE.) Understand you’re not alone‼️

I’ve kept the weight off and now helping other achieve their weight loss goal. Many athletes, bodybuilding candidates, aquatic instructors, educators, military officials, college athlete departments, long term care facilities, therapy facilities, drug/ rehab facilities, Juveniles at high risk, inner-city schools, nonprofit organizations, rapid response teams and churches have accomplished weight loss goals through our program.
