I apply cutting edge neuroscience research to develop platforms and programmes to optimise neuroperformance and cognitive function. I have a core interest in attentional function and enabling neurodiverse individuals to harness the power of their brains, having learnt to optimise my own ADHD brain. I am passionate about neurorehabilitation and brain health after recovering from mBTI using bioenergetic and neuromodulation technologies, CNS recovery including sensory deprivation tanks, vestibular re-training and nutritional approaches to promote BDNF, neuroplasticity and reduce the impact of inflammatory cascade within the brain and body following trauma.
