My life feels as if it is divine. I’m just a fool stumbling through open doorways. In 2012, I quit a super-successful self-started business in Los Angeles and through a series of silly events met Elijah Nisenboim, founder of Effiji Breath. 8+ years later, I’ve absorbed his transmission as a healer, teach weekly classes, co-lead our personal development programs, and consider myself Effiji Breath Central. I’ve honestly never worked so hard in my life as I have this past year. Moved everything from in-person to online… all in a matter of months. A revelation!

Breathwork is my jam. There has been no singular thing that has fundamentally changed me the way breathwork has. I just keep doing it, keep leading it, and keep finding myself over and over again.
