My exposure to national and international experience led me to deliver largescale projects disrupting the healthcare industry and be awarded the national awards; ‘Future Digital Leader of the year’ and ‘NHS70 Women Leader’. I became the Chief Pharmaceutical Officers Clinical Fellow at NHS England leading various national projects. My academia interest as a Pre-Doctoral Clinical Research Fellow at HEE allowed me to underpin strategy with evidence-based research. I am part of the international Commonwealth Partnerships for Antimicrobial Stewardship scheme, delivering projects in Saboba, Ghana. During the pandemic, I supported Bart’s NHS Trust in leading service redesign and implementation projects. I am now in the corporate sector delivering projects and thought leadership insights in UK and Europe in a hybrid research and strategy consulting role. I am also an NHS England Clinical Entrepreneur programme working on my own start-up. I am seeking greater insight into growing my business as I have a keen interest in innovation and entrepreneurship.
