I am also a professional doula and antenatal teacher who is on a mission to change the experiences of pregnant women and birthing people, by ensuring that their birth partners understand physiological birth and are well prepared to support and advocate at all times.

I own a company called Birthability, and have over 20 years experience working with families from 12 weeks of pregnancy until the early postnatal period.
