There’s only one way that people get onto the planet - THEY’RE BORN! The physiological birth process has been refined over many thousands of years. It’s the most efficient, healthy and satisfying way of starting life on earth. Our societies are forgetting how to facilitate physiological birth and are medicalising birth instead and that is hugely impacting the whole health of parents and infants and everyone’s future health. We need to remember how birth actually works AND FAST! That’s why it’s time to talk about PHYSIOLOGICAL BIRTH!
