I am driven to “un-stigmatize” the suicidal mind, while building beyond resiliency to post-traumatic growth. 🦸🏽‍♀️

My focus & passion is focused on mental health, education, & making systemic culture change 🧩 within the First Responder 👨‍🚒👮🏻‍♂️ community, along with other high-stress public safety 👩🏽‍⚖️👷🏻‍♂️ sectors; healthcare 🧑🏻‍⚕️ & social services👩🏼‍🦳.

My mission is to stop 🛑 the loss of life to suicide, while enhancing the quality of relationships👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏽 & family life 👣 for our public safety heroes. 🙏🏽 🚒 🚓 🚑

I have developed programs & delivered talks around the globe, including Canada, the U.S., the U.K. and Australia, working with variety of organizations and federal agencies. 🇨🇦 🇺🇸 🇬🇧 🇦🇺

But more importantly, I am the wife of a wonderful firefighter👨‍🚒the mother of two beautiful kids 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 & 3 fur babies 🙈 🙉 🙊.
