I am of the opinion that the right training can help anyone reach goals that are considered impossible to achieve. Being a guide to lead the path to young talents, is something I consider very honorable. I am Sahad A.K, MD of Electro Mech Enterprise Private Ltd. (EME), Kochi. I was a former employee of Wipro and have years of experience in the field of SAP management.

While working with Wipro as an SAP project manager, I got an opportunity to deploy SAP freshers to a new project there. With a team of budding skills, we were able to successfully complete the project with the competence that matched the skills of experienced experts of SAP technology.

I understood the fact that readily available deployable skills are not available in the market and this skill gap is the real reason that makes companies delay many of their projects. The realization about SAP skill gap in the market was a major turning point that initiated in giving shape to Electro Mech Enterprise Private Ltd., (EME). Our institution mainly focuses on ‘Hire to train’ recruitment policy, where candidates are hired and trained well so that they can be chosen by companies as readily available resources to their projects.

Apart from SAP services, EME provides young aspirants, a flight path designed by our skill partners Microsoft, Tally, IBM, Automation Anywhere, Siemens, Cambridge University press, SAP, and more. My vision is to become a bridge that provides the best skills to the corporate world, in turn helping to build the nation to prosper in a better way.
