Bio

Hello my name is Sadie Spikes I am an Artist, writer, collector, curator and certified Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coach.

My passion has always been my creative practise, and through the twists and turns it has taken me on sought to fathom this existence and the struggles we collectively endure and ultimately attempt to overcome along the way.

My path of creativity has led me along a curious route from a school drop out and life misfit to a career as Art lecturer, Entrepreneur, Artist and Mother, leading to creating Sadie Spikes Curious Cabinet and women’s rewilding residentials and events
‘Antidote to the ordinary’ and I am a Certified Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coach.

Years of learning to balance a creative art practice alongside life, and the diversions and distractions that come with attempting to make time for creativity is something I have always been passionate about, and driven to find answers too.

For me-the art of making, the process of creating in whatever guise that comes in, is the thing that brings joy to life. Making everything else bearable.
Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coaching is not like anything else...it works with mindfulness and creative non linear approach, takes pressure off, using playfulness, self compassion and guided relaxation to reignite you and busts resistance by using very small steps.

My Mission is to help as many people I can out of the pain it causes to become disconnected from your creative self.
