Before The Plague I traveled a lot for both business and pleasure. I miss it. I loved connecting with people and cultures that way.

I read a lot and watch a ton of tv/movies. I’m inclined towards historical fiction, sci-fi, and fantasy, but I enjoy well-crafted stories of any genre.

I’m interested in meeting people of different backgrounds and talking about books/movies/tv shows/pop culture, writing/storytelling, current events and social issues, travel, history, culture, relationships/friendships, guilty pleasures, existential dread, life in general.

I love talking about work that I do and I enjoy exchanging notes with people in my field, but I’m not interested in using Clubhouse the way one might use LinkedIn or Twitter to network or boost professional visibility. I’m just here as a human hoping to connect with other humans and learn things for personal edification.
