Hi! My name is Reena Vokoun, and Iβm the Founder and CEO of Passion Fit. I graduated with a B.B.A. in Marketing and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.S. in Advertising and Communications from Boston University. Iβm also certified in fitness, nutrition, behavior change and strengths-based coaching through AFAA, ACE, IDEA Fitness and Gallup.
I spent several years in corporate America working in marketing, sales and business development roles for Google, Yahoo, Reebok, CNET, GE and Grokker, a start-up.
Today, I serve companies, nonprofits, universities, schools and the media, through Passion Fit products, services and content, focused on wellness education and training in the areas of fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, work-life balance, stress management, productivity and personal and professional development.
Iβm featured regularly as a TV health contributor on the Fox KTVU news morning show and NBC California Live. I speak to various organizations and companies, such as Microsoft, Google and Amazon.
I share my perspective on podcast interviews, Iβm a newspaper health columnist, and I write for Thrive Global, Shape and Working Mother, in addition to my own Passion Fit blog. Iβm also launching my first non-fiction book, The Wellness-Empowered Womanβ’οΈ, on June 17th.
In addition to running Passion Fit, Iβm on the Entrepreneurship Alumni Advisory Board at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business, and Iβm a Women in Management Facilitator for Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
Finally, Iβm a wife, mom and first-generation-born Indian-American, and my family and I live in California.
