Hi! I’m Russell, an ex Recruitment, HR and Talent professional turned Career and Job Search Coach.

I have worked my whole career across Retail, Fashion and Digital industries, working with a broad range of teams from Buying and Design to Marketing, Finance and IT... and more. I have been on both sides of the desk, not only as a job seeker but in HR & Talent.
