Roy is the founder and owner of Karuka Cultural Consulting, Service Disabled Veteran (Retired 21 years); he earned a (BA) in International Relations from American Military University and a (AA) in Industrial Design. As Karuka CEO, his team provides leadership and development training helping senior leaders demystify and navigate the the disruption of intelligent workflows in the workplace culture landscape. Since 2019 he’s volunteered as a certified mentor for the Service Corps of Retired Executives (SCORE) for the Small Business Administration (SBA), a (SCORE) Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Champion, and master facilitator for Boots to Business (B2B) and (B2B) Reboot. As a result, he’s developed and influenced more than 6,100 small business owners. Nearly 9,000 Active Duty Service members, including the National Guard and Reserve, Veterans of all eras, spouses, and their dependents transitioning or retiring from the U.S. military to thriving small businesses and careers. When Roy isn’t working in the office, Empowering Organizational Culture For Limitless Innovations™️ at Karuka, or volunteering, he’s a Toastmaster, a huge Star Wars cosplay enthusiast, and an Esports fan.
