My passion is working with women, their partners, families and friends through pregnancy and infant-loss.

I will help you embrace life and find grace.

I am a lamplighter, shining light into the darkness and helping to find a way through their grief. I will support you in honouring your baby in a way that aligns with you.

On the 17th July 2016, my husband Robert and I lost our first born son Edward at only 7 hours old. From then, my life was split in two, BE (Before Edward) and AE (After Edward). I lost my will to survive, my confidence and my identity. I have also had two 1st trimester miscarriages. I am a Pharmacist and was a hard working business owner when Edward died - I had to re-build my life to suit the new normal for me. Slowly, with a lot of hard work, I was able to find a way forward.

And you can too.

Now, my souls work is helping mums who have lost their babies understand and manage their emotional wellbeing, build resilence, and rise from the ashes of grief with my signature Phoenix Program. I also support friends and family reach out to those in grief through resources and gifts.

Baby-loss is incredibly isolating for parents. By creating a strong community of PALs (Parents After Loss) I believe we can help & support each other to move through this isolation to understanding,
