🌟I help individuals overcome Emotional Overwhelm by teaching tools and techniques based on a program from Stanford University. I teach you to regulate emotions and to think and act rationally. Through specific tools and techniques you will learn to recognize the signs and symptoms of overwhelm in your life and know the steps to manage it.

🧠 Emotional Overwhelm can feel all-consuming and most of us experience it at some point in our lives, and we are not taught what to do about it. When not managed, overwhelming emotions can lead to trouble at work or school, difficulty managing stress, conflicts in friendships and personal relationships, difficulty relating to others, and even physical or emotional outbursts, muscle pain, sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, and substance misuse.
