I am an experienced global learning & development manager who leads curriculum development activities and cultural / behavioural change programs in large and complex international organisations. I have been working across organisational boundaries partnering with key stakeholders at all hierarchical levels to identify business needs, design appropriate interventions and deploy high impact global initiatives.

Building up on my experience as learning & development manager, I started my own coaching and consultancy practice in 2013. Since then I am coaching on topics such as career, entrepreneurship, fulfillment, resilience and effectiveness, delivering large scale coaching programmes in the private sector, creating and facilitating systemic and experiential interventions for team and groups as well as advising organisations on learning & development matters.

I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) by The Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), a Professional Certified Coach by The International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Swiss Federal Coach-Supervisor. I also successfully completed the Organisation & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) program provided by CRR Global. Beside being trained and certified as a coach, I hold a master in educational sciences, psychology and sociology. I am also Hogan certified and trained in change management (PCI), project management, agile, NLP, training design, creating leadership development programs (ATD), train the trainer, management of health and safety (NEBOSH), meditation and a graduate of the Co-Active Leadership Program (CTI).

I define myself as a choreographer to organisational, relational and individual well-being. Well-being for me means alignment of individual, relational and organizational actions to the reference value system.
