Lisa Christen is the CEO of Christen Coaching & Consulting GmbH, specializing in creating 21st century leaders, teams, and cultures. We work with clients from companies like Google, Siemens, Johnson & Johnson, Dell, Mars, Bossard, Activision Blizzard, and Swiss Re.

Lisa is an official member of the invitation-only Forbes Coaches Council and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Coaching McLean / Harvard Medical School. She has been featured in news outlets such as CNN Money, Forbes, Thrive Global, and Coaching World.

Lisa serves on the Executive Board of ICF Switzerland as Director of Finance and on the Advisory Board of CRO.Swiss, establishing reputation management best practices. Lisa is also a jury member for the World in 2050 Innovation Olympics.

Lisa has almost a decade of Fortune 100 business experience with companies like Sony and AIG as well as the US Department of Defense.

Lisa holds an MBA, a PMP® Project Management Professional certification, and is an International Coach Federation (ICF)-certified coach. Lisa is also an international speaker at major conferences worldwide.

Originally from New York, Lisa now calls Zurich, Switzerland home. She enjoys balancing her work life with her home life, including coming home to a loving husband, two adorable young daughters and an overflowing bookshelf.
