Roman’s interest in architecture, design and real estate started when he was very young, specifically when he came across a set of blueprints in a family library. He borrowed and poured over them for days with awe and intrigue, and has since been obsessed with all things design and construction-related.
Over the years, Roman has collaborated with many talented architects and designers throughout Europe and New York. His signature style evolved into one of blending minimalistic architecture with traditional proportions, and creating bold yet sophisticated, customized living quarters. He has tremendous knowledge and experience in designing extraordinary spaces – from conception to construction, from styling to decoration – along with seasoned expertise in virtual staging and helping buyers envision and bring to life the home of their dreams.
As a licensed real estate salesperson with a keen eye for quality, possibility and value, Roman is the ideal choice for any buyer seeking the right home for their specific taste, needs, and lifestyle. As an architect, he can faster understand a space and determine if it is a good fit. When you begin your search with him, he’ll listen attentively, prepare a detailed checklist, and work in your best interest to help you make the most suitable decision possible.
Born and raised in Ukraine, Roman graduated top of his class from a prestigious architecture school in Europe, Kyiv National University of Building and Architecture.
