Passionate (more like “obsessed”) about understanding human behavior and the way we are all wired. Learning about our DNA helps us learn to appreciate the God-given way we were wired while celebrating the unique differences in others.

Trainer at heart who also speaks and coaches others using the Model of Human Behavior in order to become more effective leaders and to achieve greater sales results in their businesses.

My wife and I are 2 of 3 global Executive Master Trainers who “properly” train and certify Human Behavior Consultants in association with Personality Insights. We have trained people from around the globe.
