I have worked around the world at High Performance Camps with Olympians, the Irish National soccer teams and published scientific research

My true passion is to help athletes reach their potential. This passion has seen me achieve the highest academic standard while holding several titles, notably a Masters 1st class in Sports Medicine. I have published 3 pieces of research used all around the world while also acting as a mentor to numerous Physiotherapists.
