My Vision was born from reflection about my 20 years in L&D; underlined by ten restructures, 5 of which leading to redundancy.

My reflection was two-fold:

1. Why do I keep bothering?
2. Why are L&D always the ones to go?

I interviewed L&D and non-L&D managers, with a consistent theme emerging: L&D value to the business often isn’t visible, or doesn’t exist; and if it isn’t visible, it might as well not exist.

My Vision is to help L&D move from being order-takers to wave-makers in their organisations. My accompanying mission is to Coach L&D Leaders to think and work in this way and begin to lead and inspire their teams to add clear, obvious and aligned impact and value to their organisation’s goals and mission.
