As a result was able to retire from the ‘job’ at 30 and very quickly got bored!

Works with a mixture of own funds, JV finance and private investor or funds - offering a percentage return on money borrowed in my own property deals 🔥

Moved into property finance to help other investors with their bridging, BTL and HMO finance.

Having used it numerous times myself on my own deals, I specialise in bridging finance, utilising up to 85% LTV bridging and up to 100% bridging with no deposit in the right circumstances - including when purchasing below market value and when using a cross security strategy ✅

Became the co-host of ‘Podcast Property’ from season 2 (Formerly know as ‘The Property Investors Podcast’) which has featured guests such as Charlie Luxton and Kevin McCloud from Grand Designs. 💡
