On my own personal growth journey:

I have done a lot of work around:
self love ❤️ sex and relationships
inner child trauma 👶 wound mate 👫 attachment styles, love languages and I’m thinking if I was educated on some of the above mentioned would I have got into the relationships I had? Would I have seeked validation the way I did? Would I have had sex thinking that was the only way to secure a relationship?
The plain and simple answer is NO!

I am very passionate about my journey and how I have managed to heal from past traumas. I love helping people see their worth and to know that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. If I can heal and love myself then you can too.
