🙌🏽My mission is to inspire parents to overcome challenges and let loose to feel blissful, have a peaceful state of mind, experience clarity, in order to connect with their children throughout their parenting journey.

👨‍👩‍👦‍👦I am a working parent, Ayurveda (holistic wellness) enthusiast, and a Conscious Parent Coach.

In 2015, my husband was diagnosed with depression where I also learned about his addiction path. I tried getting him out of the addiction ditch by forcing growth on him, then 3 years later learned it's the disconnection in his childhood that led him to this path. That day I decided not to band aid symptoms but rather connect with the root cause. I learned it was about re-parenting his inner-child.

💁🏾‍♀️Fast forward to 2020, my husband is been sober, he has had a tough addiction recovery journey but he made it to the other side of the fence.

🙇🏾‍♀️Along with healing his inner-child, we wanted to ensure we are raising empowered and resilient kids. This is where my passion for parenting was born. We started facilitating growth environment to my kids and investing in our personal development as parents.

✍🏻My personal testimony about how lack of connection can lead to addiction and depression is why I am passionate about serving conscious parenting solutions.

💪🏽I firmly believe that there is no ‘one size fits all‘ approach to life; I believe every parent is unique, every child is unique and everyone’s journey is unique. And so, the solution has to be unique!

🙏🏽My approach is simple and unique: meet parents in their journey and accept them for who they are, wholeheartedly and start walking with them.

👩🏾‍🍼👨🏽‍🍼I help parents with challenges like yelling, sibling fights, constant anger and aggression. I help them shift paradigm from traditional parenting to conscious parenting.
