MY STORY 📔
I was thrusted into leadership very early on as a clinician and had to learn the hard way without any formal training or mentorship. Over the past 12 years I have been successful turning around disenfranchised teams and leading them to become high performing. I have delivered several Leadership Development programmes, completed an MBA, I am a certified coach and have published a research study in an International Journal: A Coaching Approach to Effective Clinical Leadership.

In helping many clinicians develop their leadership skills I have learned that they face some common problems that I experienced when I started out in a leadership role. Frequently, they are great at being clinicians, but, have had a lack of formal leadership training or mentorship. Moreover, clinicians are so busy juggling their work strands, business & life that they lack the time to be able to enrol on the next MBA. Clinicians have high-standards, and this leads to them feeling very frustrated, overwhelmed and sadly often burned out.
