A Certified Salesforce Administrator and Certified Technical Writer. With having CRM as my passion, I aspire to help businesses build their Salesforce instances, train their users on using Salesforce, manage the day to day salesforce operations, and bring regular CRM efficiencies for businesses. I am actively engaged in multiple Salesforce communities and groups to increase my Salesforce knowledge, awareness, and professional connections.

As a technical writer, I have experience in content management, content development, and knowledge management. I am aspiring to leverage my technical writing and Knowledge management experience together with my business acumen and my continuous salesforce learning journey in my new job as a salesforce consultant.
