Founder of Restorative Breathwork. In the early 1980’s Kathleen developed an interest in Breathwork as a dynamic tool for healing and transformation. She trained in various methods that focused on hyperventilation and intense emotional catharsis.
Over time she found her self being drawn to a subtler approach to working with breath, inspired by her studies in Yoga, Bioenergy and Anapanasati (breath awareness meditation).
Stepping away from systems of Breathwork that emphasize controlling the breath, she has developed a more yin approach to Breathwork that is rooted in the contemplative practices of breath meditation.
Restorative Breathwork is a profound inner practice designed to awaken profound states of inner stillness that are life-transforming.
Her motto: “the subtler the breath, the deeper the work”
Kathleen has over 30 years experience in facilitating and teaching Restorative Breathwork. She is registered as an E-RYT 500 and holds a Master Certificate in Bioenergy Healing from the Wirkus School of Bioenergy.
