(Before this Profession, I was a graphic designer with own studio🧐
Due to this sitting job and my wrong eating habits, I was 18kg excess weight 🙄
At that time, fortunately, I got an opportunity to meet a wellness coach at Thrissur, Kerala. He changed my eating habits. Within 3 months my weight and fat became ideal..🤗💯
In this weight loss process, I could recover from many health issues without any medicine 🤷
Because of this experience,I got an inspiration to make others Healthy and Happy 😍
