4 years ago my life was turned upside down when I was fired from my 27 year career. I recalled a consultant that had come to the organization several years previously that taught about accountability and I knew it was time I “owned” my situation.

Since then I have been transforming organizations and creating high performing teams centered on accountability. Accountability isn’t for everyone but for those who are willing to take the journey, it’s truly life changing and I can help you too. 📈💪💥

In 2018 I started a podcast where I interview local entrepreneurs and learn their origin stories. Their journeys are inspiring and it’s been helpful to show that business owners are just regular people trying to do their best everyday, just like anyone else. 🩺 I have a background of healthcare and have been a Registered Nurse for 31 years, I thought I’d seen it all and then COVID-19 hit.🦠 I’m not actively working in healthcare but it remains my first love and I do what I can to support my friends on the front lines.
