Meditation Instructor. Teaching meditative stillness since 1999. My approach is influenced by Raja Yoga, Gnosis, Shamatha, Vipassana, and Dzogchen teachings. My goal is to share timeless techniques using language that is relevant to our modern culture.

Wim Hof Method Instructor (Certified Level 2). I started practicing the method in 2016 and it radically changed my health for the better. In 2018 I studied directly with Wim at his academy and received my instructor certification.

Esoteric philosophy and practical metaprogramming. I’ve studied with gnostic masters, Tibetan Lamas, and respected teachers of several western esoteric traditions for over 25 years. I have taught Hermetic Kabbalah, alchemy and psychology for over 20 years.

Entrepreneur. I own a boutique marketing and branding firm that I opened in 2005. I am currently working on new projects in the consciousness and culture space.
