A Chicago native, LaShea is Human Capital strategist with over 10+ years of experience across the full organizational talent life cycle. From recruitment to diversity, Equity, and Inclusion forecastingeewee we eitewerwe qe to , LaShea has partnered with CEOs, executives and solopreneurs to grow their personal and professional brands with measurable outcomes.
Recently, LaShea has led cross functional teams as a Principal Strategic HR Partner at Solar Turbines, Inc. (Caterpillar, Inc.) before transitioning as the Director of Talent, Culture, and Organizational Effectiveness, at Inclusively Consultants Group. Her predominant business chemistries are pioneer and driver, although she likes to approach collaborative teams with balance.

As a two-time alumna of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign earning a B.A. in Business Communication and M.A. in Human Resource Development, pursuing a career as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte (Workforce Transformation) aligned closely with her aspirations.
