As a Colorado REALTOR, National Speaker, and Business Coach, Natalie Davis is committed to inspiring real estate professionals, companies, and organizations to excel to be intentional industry thought leaders.

With a passion to lead and serve, Natalie has led as the interim CEO for the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®, served as the 2016 Chair for the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS ®, and as a Board of Director for the Colorado Association of REALTORS ® and on various committees for the National Association of REALTORS®. Natalie is the immediate Past-Chair for the South Metro Denver Association of REALTORS ® (SMDRA) Inclusion, Diversity & Equality Committee and the Chair for the Colorado Association of Realtors Inclusion & Diversity Committee. In 2022, she will serve as the Member Services Liaison for the National Association of REALTORS® and as the Chair Elect for the Colorado Association of REALTORS ®.

Her dedication to the progression of the industry has received recognition by receipt of the Colorado Young Professional of the Year Award (2016), Colorado Association of REALTORS® Distinguished Service Award (2016), Fort Collins Board of REALTORS ® Rookie of the Year Finalist (2012) and Young Professional of the Year (2014).
