In 2015, he started as an independent property broker and in 2017 He founded the MiCaSa Realtors Community one of Nigeria biggest and independent property brokerage firm with over 20,000 registered, trained and highly motivated sales professionals and Realtors smashing sales records and winning laurels and awards with a sales record of over 4.5 Billion Naira and over 3,700 clients and making 6 companies take leadership position in the industry.

In his thirst for solutions and entrepreneurship, he founded several other projects one of such is the Jobyina Africa an internship platform for in-school youths, out-of school youths and the job seekers who wants to be actively engaged within the learning curve of professionalism.

Olatunbosun is an alumni of the prestigious Baptist Academy, Obanikoro, a Graduate of Accounting at Lagos State University both in Lagos and have several certifications with some institutes including the Chicago Institute of Business, IBMI Germany, MSBM UK.
