The Mission of (BMTAO) Black Men Together As One is to provide mentoring to black males who are underserved. The mentoring shall consist of education, one-on-one counseling, fundamentals of growing into a productive black role model, as well as, becoming a business owner that hires other black males. This will increase economic empowerment in our culture and community. This specialized mentoring will also increase stronger family structures and a positive outlook on the Black family to change the generational curses.

My Name is Rashawn Jarmon, of Jarmon Home Solutions, I am a registered General Contractor and Licensed Electrician with the City of Cincinnati and the State of Ohio. With 8 years of experience, I’ve learned how to properly install electric in commercial and residential settings by following the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations. I specialize in smart home automation, service upgrades, complete rewires, basement additions, grounding work, and fans and fixtures.
