Randy Dewey is a deeply experienced CEO and Board Director. He has built eight separate companies as CEO, in all stages – start-ups, turnaround, mature market, and growth acceleration. He is internationally versed, and has demonstrated this success in four countries, in North America, and Europe. Randy has worked fluidly in all ownership structures – Public, Family Office, and Private Equity. He has extensive M&A experience and raised hundreds of millions in debt and equity.
