Sake taster, seminar lecturer, writer
After working for a major transportation company for many years, I moved to a training company in Tokyo and then became independent.
I am currently a lecturer for new employee training at companies, and also writes for magazines and books.
As a sake master and instructor of sake, furoshiki, and Japanese manners, I held seminars for the Central Association of Sake Brewers of Japan, Yamagata Sake Brewers Association, Chiba Sake Brewers Association, Gekkeikan, Kikumasamune, and others. I was selected as a semi-finalist in the 3rd World Sake Master Competition.
