Bio

I believe that social justice and art work together harmoniously to create a tapestry of equality and freedom for all people.

I am the founder and CEO of Raise Your Voice a nonprofit organization that encourages leaders to speak up and speak out against injustice. We create the platforms for them express themselves.

Not only do I love talking about justice I also enjoy talking style and fine tailoring. Some days you’ll catch me in a suit and some days I’ll be in some sweats and a pair of Jordan’s. Last but not least I love HIP HOP music and culture.

Currently I’m working on a Ph.D in public policy and social chance. My area of study is about critical hip hop pedagogy as tool to overturn systematic injustice.

I’m married to love of my life, Carlene and we have to beautiful daughters, Katelynn and Amber.
