I took an Inside-Out Prison Education class at the Oregon State Correctional Institution.
The class was half incarcerated students (inside) and half university students (outside) and one AMAZING professor.
The course was Autobiography as Political Agency. We read Ta-Nehisi Coates, James Baldwin, Audrie Lorde, and many others.
This class was a LIFE CHANGING experience and I would love to meet others who have taken an Inside Out class as well!
