✨ I spent a long time people pleasing and living in fear. Sexual abuse as a child and restrictive religion led me to a highly toxic relationship which took me 19 years to get out and rebuild my life. I’m proof that there is life after abuse and you too can take up space on this Earth unapologetically and live life on your own terms! I help you Own Your Wings!
