👣I work with the human experience as a whole, observing connections and impacts from daily life and beliefs we are carrying that no longer support our wellbeing.

🌙I curate from insights and inspirations to write and record Yoga Nidra meditations for you to journey and rest and ultimately rewire the bodies ability to self heal.

💥And I’m currently in a yoga training, however, this one is a bit special. I’m studying with Lara Heimann and her incredible LYT yoga method, based on her knowledge as a specialist in neuro physiotherapy. It’s exciting, totally fulfilling and it’s changing the way I think and feel.

🔥🌟🌈I’ve found my fuel and an expanse of potential from incorporating both of these specific practices into my daily life. They are layered with intelligence, wisdom and function and that is what I’m here to share with you through my new members' area launching in April 2021.
