I got into yoga 20 years ago, for pain management after two MVAs and quickly discovered both the physical and mental health benefits a regular practice provides.
I am a domestic abuse survivor who was suicidally depressed with PTSD, anxiety & insomnia. My regular practice turned into me becoming a Yoga Teacher & then discovering a number of alternative healing modalities over the years, such as Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Breathwork, Reiki & Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). My latest obsession is learning about Human Design.
I teach virtual yoga/meditation classes on Zoom (Zoga ๐คฃ) and use alternative modalities to coach, encourage and support others to follow their passions. I believe we are all here for a reason and have a story to share! โค๏ธ Whatโs yours? Shoot me a DM, Iโd love to connect! ๐
