I qualified as a journalist in 2004 and I’ve worked with words ever since. Starting off in regional news, I went on to work at the nationals, then for magazines and I managed the PR for a nine-office law firm for three years before moving abroad.
Having fallen in love with the south of France in 2001, I moved here full-time in 2016 and built up a strong freelance base. Last year I joined forces with some former colleagues who work as graphic designers. After completing a number of successful projects together, creating and improving branding and content for businesses and their websites, we have now formally (although we’re great fun!) joined forces to form Pure Design & Content. I love life in France and share my life with my partner Louis (who should be French with that name - but hails from Essex), our five year old rescue cat, Lily, and our latest addition, Peggy - she’s a rescue collie/lab cross, six months old and wonderful.
Spare time is always spent exploring this vast and beautiful country, taking thousands of photos, hiking, cooking, networking and writing.
