Hi Everyone! I am Professor Teresa (Tee) McDermott. I am an Early Childhood Educator/Strategist and the Owner and Founder of Educators For Change which is a Professional Development Agency for Early Care providers and Educators.

December 6, 2021; I accepted a position as Executive Director of a Youth Development Non-Profit Organization. My role is strategic planning, program development and fundraising.

I am also a Survivor/Warrior of Breast Cancer. I am writing and birthing books that are within me. I’m a published Author in a Great Anthology Titled “The Purpose Driven Provider” and Coming this winter My Breast Cancer Journey Titled “God is Greater Than Cancer.

I am on Club House to meet and share with individuals with common interests.
