Previn’s Profile
Previn Singhe is the founder and CEO of Zerin Properties, a Malaysian based Real Estate Agency with international offices in Singapore, London and India. He has been in the business for more than 24 years with the past 17 years in Zerin Properties which he formed in January 14 2002.
Previn is highly involved in the Corporate Real Estate Market in Malaysia with hands on transactions in the Office, Retail, Industrial and Hospitality sectors. Previn and his elite team at Zerin Properties have been continuously closing landmark deals in Malaysia and the region, earning them numerous international awards along the way.
Previn was also instrumental in setting up the Malaysia Networking Group of CoreNet Global, the first CRE-focused association in Malaysia which aims to enhance the local CRE-industry by bringing together the industry’s end users (corporate tenants and occupiers) and service providers (strategic or outsourced).
In the Economic Hotel/Limited Service Hotels space, Previn has assisted the likes of Tune Hotels, Santa Hotels, Four Points by Sheraton, Marriot Courtyard, Vanguard Hotels amongst others, in the M&A requirements in South East Asia.
High-profile deals spanning from the sale of Four Seasons in Langkawi to Intercontinental in Hanoi, has established Previn and Zerin Properties as notable dealmaker in the hospitality industry scene.
Previn was also instrumental in bringing in Kempinski Hotels S.A. to Malaysia.
