At Pretty Girls Pound the Rock we create product and services that empower and inspire female athletes ages 5-18.

Pretty Girls Pound the Rock exists to help make dreams come true! At PGPTR we have cultivated a brand that embodies the elite athlete’s lifestyle on and off the court. We specialize in services and products for girl basketball players who want to obtain academic and athletic excellence.

The PGPTR product and services and events includes: Basketball Skill Development, Strength & Conditioning, Meal Prep and Nutritional Education, Girl Empowerment Seminars, ACT/SAT Workshops and a clothing line that encourages young ladies to be POWERFUL, RESILIENT, EXQUISITE, THOUGHTFUL, TALENTED, and most importantly be YOURSELF!

The PGPTR product is unique. It’s created for the female athlete by the female athlete. Our line is an intentional movement to support women in sports. For every $100 profited, we invest $25 into girls sporting events. By investing in girls sporting events and creating more opportunities for these young ladies PGPTR is making a bold statement: GIRLS ARE WORTH IT!
