PURPOSE:
The pandemic revealed the dramatic situation of people’s mental health.
Every day, right after we wake up, we quickly get a cognitive overload: political news, social injustices, climate disasters, family struggles, money and health problems, are just a few of them.
Then the vast majority of our work environments loads more weight to our oversaturated minds.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. 😡
The workplace MUST offer a space where you can be yourself, where you can thrive at tasks that fill your spirit, and where you can feel safe, calm, and at peace.
